Spring Awakening

Sin is a product of education....

It’s 1891, a time when the grown-ups hold all the cards, and oppression and ignorance make puberty a confusing and terrifying mystery. Spring Awakening boldly depicts how a dozen teenagers make their way through the thrilling, complicated, confusing and mysterious time of their sexual awakening.

Headstrong Melchior and naive Wendla stumble into each others’ arms, passionate and curious, while anxious Moritz struggles to live up to the stringent expectations of society. With only each other for guidance, this group of young men and women follow the fraught and rocky path of adolescence, discovering their bodies, their minds, and themselves along the way.

Fully loaded, and edgy, Spring Awakening will make your mind race, your imagination run wild, and it might make you feel a little, well—uncomfortable.

Across the world this cautionary tale continues to inspire rebels, surge debate, and more importantly, refuses to be ignored.
